Sandhaan · A Rehearse product

Terms & Conditions

The conditions for accessing Sandhaan and using its investigation workspace and connected services.

Effective date: 15 October 2026

Using Sandhaan

Sandhaan is a Rehearse software product intended for authorised organisational use. By using it, you agree to these terms and the applicable policies of your office. If you do not agree, do not use the service. An organisation’s separate written service agreement, where applicable, governs its contracted services.

Accounts and authorisation

Use only an account assigned or authorised for you. Your office may manage your identity, permissions, account suspension and recovery through its Investigation Module. Keep credentials and verification codes confidential and report suspected misuse promptly.

Access to a module is determined by assigned permissions and the office’s configuration. A library role does not grant investigation access or broader administrative powers.

Permitted use

Use Sandhaan only for lawful, authorised work and permitted office services. You must have authority to submit, access or process the information you use.

  • Do not impersonate others, share accounts or bypass access restrictions.
  • Do not upload malicious material, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Do not disclose confidential records through public support channels or unauthorised messaging.
  • Do not send unsolicited messages or use the platform to harass or deceive recipients.

Analysis and office services

Analytical results support review and detection. They depend on the completeness and quality of the supplied records and require an authorised officer’s judgment. Software-generated links or patterns do not by themselves establish identity, intent or wrongdoing.

Library users are responsible for recording issues and returns accurately and following their office’s lending rules. Self-service availability and borrowing restrictions are configurable.

Service messages

Configured WhatsApp, SMS and email channels may be used for requested authentication and permitted service notifications. Delivery depends on external providers and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on these messages for emergency communication.

You may request that messaging be stopped through the contact details in our Privacy Policy. These terms alone do not constitute consent to unrelated marketing. Carrier and data charges, if any, are governed by your provider.

Information and intellectual property

Your organisation retains its rights and responsibilities in the information it supplies. Using Sandhaan does not transfer ownership of those records to Rehearse. Sandhaan’s software, branding and interface remain subject to their owners’ intellectual property rights and any applicable licences.

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of account, service and technical information.

Availability and limitations

Features may be updated, restricted or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or external-provider reasons. Access may be suspended for misuse or withdrawn by your authorised office administrator.

The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free analysis. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any written service agreement, Rehearse is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, inaccurate input or decisions made without appropriate review. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

Revised terms will appear here with an updated effective date. For service questions or concerns, contact services@rehearse.in. Our Contact page contains the full support details.
